Ordinance 22-146 (effective June 30, 2022) establishes that the Baltimore City Office of Equity and Civil Rights shall temporarily serve as the Police Accountability Board’s designee, as provided for in § 11-9(a) {“Complaints of police misconduct . . . In general.”} of this subtitle, and accept complaints of police misconduct beginning July 1, 2022, and continuing until the Board establishes a uniform procedure for filing complaints as required by § 11-9(c) {“Complaints of police misconduct . . . Procedure for filing complaints.”} of this subtitle.
