§ 11-4. Officers.

(a) Chair.

(1) The Chair shall be elected from among the Board's members by a majority vote of the members of the Board.

(2) The term of the Chair is 2 years.

(3) The Chair may be re-elected.

(b) Vice-chair.

The Board may elect a Vice-Chair and other officers from among its members.
