§ 32-2. Composition.

The Commission comprises the following 13 members:

(1) the Mayor or the Mayor's designee;

(2) the Commissioner of Health or the Commissioner's designee;

(3) the City Council President or the President's designee; and

(4) 10 members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council in accordance with Article IV, § 6 of the City Charter.
