This subtitle was enacted by Ordinance 21-059, effective November 1, 2021, the date of its enactment.. Section 3 of Ord. 21-059 provides that the Ordinance “shall remain effective until a year after the date that it is enacted; and, immediately after that date, with no further action by the Mayor and City Council, this Ordinance will be abrogated and of no further effect”.
