§ 58-4. Multi-agency inspection team.

(a) Composition.

The multi-agency inspection team coordinated by the City Administrator under this subtitle shall include representatives from:

(1) the Fire Department;

(2) the Department of Health; and

(3) the Department of Housing and Community Development.

(b) Duties.

Each agency specified in this section shall inspect the premises to ensure compliance with {the} laws, rules, and regulations administered by that agency.
