§ 1-6. Designation of associates.

Within 30 days of his appointment, and upon any change thereafter, every auctioneer shall deposit with the Director of the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing the names of all officers, associates, partners, or employees designated by him to conduct auction sales.
