§ 32-10. 1910 change in Gwynn's Falls Park section.

With the approval of the Topographical Survey Commission, that part of the general plan of streets, adopted by § 32-1 of this article, for the territory annexed to the City of Baltimore by the Act of 1888, Chapter 98, which relates to that section of the aforesaid territory bounded by Clifton Avenue, Gwynn's Falls Park, and the eastern and western outlines of the property known as Fairmont, shown on the plat which is attached to this ordinance as a part thereof, is hereby altered and amended by substituting for the above-mentioned portion of the aforesaid general plan of streets, the plan indicated on the aforesaid plat, and from and after May 2, 1910, the said amendment shall have the same validity and effect as though it had been a part of the above-mentioned general plan of streets at the time of its adoption by the sections hereinbefore mentioned.
