§ 32-11. 1910 change in 37th Street section.

With the approval of the Topographical Survey Commission, that part of the general plan of streets, adopted by § 32-1 of this article, and subsequently amended, for the territory annexed to the City of Baltimore by the Act of 1888, Chapter 98, which relates to Thirty-Seventh Street, between the east side of Charles Street and the northwest side of St. Paul Street, is hereby altered and amended by substituting for the above-mentioned portion of the aforesaid general plan of streets the plan indicated on the plat which is attached to this ordinance as a part thereof; and from and after June 3, 1910, the said amendment shall have the same validity and effect as though it had been a part of the abovementioned general plan of streets at the time of its adoption by the sections hereinbefore mentioned.
