This subtitle was enacted by Ordinance 20-355. Per Section 3 of that Ordinance, the subtitle became effective May 23, 2020, and “will remain effective through June 30, 2025, and immediately after that date, with no further action by the Mayor and City Council, this Ordinance will be abrogated and of no further effect”.
