This subtitle was enacted by Ordinance 20-429, effective January 1, 2021. Ord.20-429 proposed to codify this new enactment as “Subtitle 14”, but that designation was already preempted by Ord.20-355. Hence, this new enactment is codified in this Subtitle 15.
