Editor's Notes

Pursuant to Charter Art. IV, § 5(c), this subtitle was enacted by Ordinance 22-107 without the Mayor’s signature, on January 11, 2022. Section 2 of that Ordinance provides that it takes effect on February 10, 2022 (“the 30th day after the date it is enacted”) and that “[i]t shall remain effective until September 24, 2024; and, immediately after that date with no further action by the Mayor and City Council, this Ordinance will be abrogated and of no further effect”.
