§ 49-1. Definitions.

(a) In general.

In this section {subtitle}, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) Director.

"Director" means the Director of the Department of Finance or the Director's designee.

(c) Funds.

"Funds" means the $641 million Baltimore City has received from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund.
