Fayette Street, the point of beginning being distant southerly 83 feet, more or less, measured along the west side of Central Avenue from the south side of Fayette Street, and running thence binding on the west side of Central Avenue, Southerly 478 feet, more or less, to the north side of Watson Street; thence binding on the north side of Watson Street, Southwesterly 85 feet, more or less, to the west side of a 15-foot alley, there situate; thence binding on the west side of the 15-foot alley, Northerly 118.5 feet, more or less, to the north side of another alley, varying in width; thence binding on the north side of last said alley, Northeasterly 53 feet, more or less, to the east outline of the property known as No. 1155 E.
