§ 11-38. Howard Street Commercial Historic District.

The area located within the following boundaries is declared to be the Howard Street Commercial Historic District.

Beginning at the intersection of West Franklin Street and State Street; then from the point of beginning binding on the centerline of West Franklin Street easterly for approximately 607 feet to intersect the centerline of Park Avenue; then binding on the centerline of Park Avenue southerly approximately 360 feet to intersect the centerline of West Mulberry Street; then binding to the centerline of West Mulberry Street westerly for approximately 605 feet to the centerline of State Street; then binding on the centerline of State Street northerly for approximately 360 feet to the point of beginning.
