§ 45-1. Preference for retention.

After every reasonable effort to minimize the cutting of trees and other woody plants is exhausted in the development of a subdivision plan, and/or grading and sediment control plans, the forest conservation plan shall provide for reforestation, afforestation, and/or specimen tree mitigation.
